Recycling your old electricals (WEEE)

Our power banks, speakers, charging cables and adapters are electrical and electronic equipment. When they reach the end of their life they must not go in your household bin. The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the product or packaging is a reminder of this.

Free take-back when you buy from us

When you buy a new electrical item from us, we will take back an old item of the same type that does a similar job (for example, an old power bank when you buy a new one), free of charge, within 28 days of your purchase.

To arrange this, contact us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. You can also take old electricals to your local recycling centre: find one at Recycle Your Electricals.

Batteries

Never put lithium batteries or anything containing them in your household bin or recycling: damaged batteries cause fires in bin lorries and recycling plants. Take them to a battery recycling point (most supermarkets have one) or your local recycling centre, and tape over the terminals of loose batteries first.

See our battery safety guide for safe charging, storage and travel.
