Shipping Policy

RC Shopper is an online marketplace. Items we stock ourselves are shipped from Hertford, United Kingdom. Items sold by independent sellers are shipped by those sellers, all of whom are UK-based and post from the UK.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of your order and your delivery address. The options and prices available to you are shown before you pay, once you have entered your address.

Orders with more than one seller

If your order contains items from more than one seller, they are packed and posted separately and will usually arrive on different days, in different parcels, with separate tracking. You are not charged twice for the same parcel: shipping is worked out per consignment and shown in full at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination, the carrier and the seller. Any estimate given at checkout is an estimate and not a guarantee, and delays outside our control can happen.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid to us.

Lost or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, or arrives damaged, contact support@rcshopper.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier, and with the seller where the item was not shipped by us. You do not need to chase the seller yourself.
